Every Week Julian Mince offers you a new recipe on this page.
This Week learn how to make Julian's Mince Balls.
Ingredients.
500g pork mince, 1 tablespoon of mushroom, green herb or bacon stock powder, 2 tablespoons of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil.
Method.
Mix mince, stock powder and pepper together. Shape into Balls about 2 to 3 cm in diameter, Or larger if you want to have Bigger Balls. DO NOT under any circumstances squeeze your Balls too hard. Heat the oil in a large heavy-based frying pan, and Cook your Balls for 10 to 12 minutes, Remember to turn your Balls frequently to help them become brown all over.
Serve your Balls on toothpicks with a dipping sauce.
Mince it yourself:
You can buy simple mincers from food or department stores. Use them to make Julian's Mince Balls from pork, beef, chicken or lamb.
